From zlabia to makroud, from kalb el louz to baklava, these recipes embody generations of history, identity, and artisanal mastery. Amine, now the owner of La Rose de Tunis, told @streetpress how he carried on the family legacy to preserve the Tunisian pastry tradition in the heart of Paris.
