Life on the Periphery: Inside Budapest’s Forgotten Neighborhoods

What does life look like outside of the city centre? @negynegynegy took a look at the edge of Budapest, where loads of people live without even the most basic facilities, but still manage to get by.

Meet the people who chose to live in these areas, even though it meant fighting for basic amenities like gas, internet, or even basic infrastructure like sewers, all just a few kilometres from the capital. Stories about hardship, but also about communities that build stronger relationships, especially when facing tough challenges.

This video is part of our monthly “Periphery” series.
