For the third year running and over the course of three days, El Salto invites the next generation of media professionals to look deeper into the potential of podcasting for social journalism, in an edition focused on anti-racism.
In April and May, El Salto organized two-session practical course aimed at young students and digital media professionals, covering scriptwriting, the production of audio content and its distribution on platforms such as TikTok and YouTube, with a particular focus on social journalism and Islamophobia.
This will be followed by a live podcast broadcast on 22 May, named Young anti-racists: the great replacement is already here, in which the workshop attendees will put what they have learnt into practice and coordinate with the podcast crew during the live.
After the live performance, there will be a final, festive part of the event at Sala Villanos to explore the potential of live music to connect with society and convey social values. On this occasion, we will be joined by the multi-talented artist from Cádiz, Carmen Xía, and the socially conscious hip hop of the band Tribade.
