Why is Generation Z drinking less alcohol?

For years, alcohol has been seen as an almost mandatory part of “growing up”: parties, nights out with friends, evenings that feel like they can’t even start without a drink.

But something is slowly changing. Whether it’s because of trends, a growing awareness of the harming effects of alcohol, or simply because it’s getting expensive, more and more people are starting to question the role alcohol plays in social life.

 @KrytykaPolitycznaTV  spoke with psychologists and Genzers who have chosen to give up alcohol for our monthly series, “Gen Z.”
