Balázs Tőgyi and his family moved from the hustle and bustle of city life to a yurt without utilities, on a vineyard hill in the Balaton Uplands in Hungary eight years ago.
Their life is a conscious experiment in how to live in harmony with nature – not by rejecting technology, but by using it simply, in moderation, and gently, to lead a sustainable life.
