The rise of alternative schools in Italy

Since the pandemic, the number of families in Italy that decide to put children in alternative schools has increased.

“A Tutto Cielo” is one of those schools: an idea born from a group of parents and teachers who driven by common interests and values, decided to create an alternative to the traditional school system, inspired by Nordic, libertarian education and forest pedagogy.

‪@vdnews_ita‬ visited the school just outside Milan and spent a day with its founder, teachers and students. ‪@vdnews_ita‬ is a Sphera Network member and this story is part of our “Education” series.
