In Greece, a cooking collective is reshaping modern culinary culture

Nomade et Sauvage is a cooking collective that has denounced modern culinary methods. Chefs tired of the restaurant bubble, they have gathered together to band a team that cooks all around Greece in remote locations from beaches to mountain tops.

Sustainability and serving and saving local cuisines are their definition of a modern culinary culture. Using seasonal ingredients and cooking techniques that require zero electricity, the team offers a unique gastronomic experience to the people who sign up for a culinary adventure in the wilderness.
