In a depopulated town in Spain, a women’s group keeps the spirits up

Aldeasoña is a little town in the middle of Spain. Less than 10 people live there in winter. Maribel is one of the last citizens in the town. She lives alone, but she is never alone.

With other women, her neighbours, they have created a care network to survive without basic services such as healthcare or social services.

When the women get together, they talk about their lives, daily struggles and how their rights have evolved over the past decades.
