Housings’ critical increasing in Europe

In just one year, from 2020 to 2021 across the European Union, house prices increased by 9.2%. New needs related to space after the various lockdowns experienced by Europeans and the introduction of smartworking are leveling the prices up. In some countries, however, the growth trend seems unstoppable for years. Over the past 12 years the house prices rose 141% in Estonia and 118% in Hungary
