France & Spain: the menstruation leave

Endometriosis is a long-term condition that may cause severe pain as tissues similar to the lining of the womb grow in other places like the ovaries and fallopian tubes. This condition affects women of any age and can have a significant impact on their lives. Lucía from Spain and Camille from France both suffer from endometriosis and went through situations where they couldn’t work because of their period cramps. Spain has legalized menstruation leave, could it be a life changing measure for a million of women?
