A school in the forest

In one of the poorest counties in Hungary, families moving from Budapest to villages are changing the trend and instead of moving away and closing schools, they are trying to revitalize the village and organize alternative education.

In Terény, a village of 400 people, located 90 km from Budapest, a “green” school with a progressive approach has been operating in the forest for three years.
