Like everyone else, we Europeans have been watching a LOT of television over the past year. But something rather nice has been happening: we’ve been watching *each other’s* television. Could streaming giants like Netflix be helping develop a shared European culture, as we all sit down to enjoy shows like Lupin and Money Heist?
