Let’s play as one

Independent media face the same threats: economic (media concentration), political (gag orders), and algorithmic (censorship and demonetization). Cooperation is essential for survival—and Sphera proves it works.

On July 7, Médianes, with Sphera Network, invited media industry actors to address the imperative for media cooperation amid an increasingly restrictive political climate. The event took place during the Sphera Consortium meeting in Paris, a few days where the network gather and works together on several topics.

Marine Doux from Médianes chaired a roundtable at Le TLM, in Paris, featuring Thomas Seymat (Arteinfo), Clémentine Forissier (Contexte), and Jo Weisz (StreetPress), examining collaborative approaches—editorial and non-editorial.
