Can the EU fine Google, Apple, Meta, without angering Trump?

The European Commission announced yesterday, 23 July, that it is fining Google €890 million. The American tech giant has been found to be in breach of the EU’s competition rules. A decision that is likely to irritate U.S. President Donald Trump.
