Some European cities has made public transportation free

For nine years in Tallinn, the capital of Estonia, buses and trams have been free for residents only. In Luxembourg, in addition to trams and buses, trains are also free, excluding first class. The 41 million euros of missed tickets sold in the Grand Duchy are offset by an increase of taxes.
