The number of depopulated villages in Greece in growing, but Dimitris Mystakidis, a well-known Greek musician, is using the power of music to fill them once a year with music, happiness and solidarity. Locals prepare food and drinks for people coming all over Greece and the money collected is spent after the village’s communal decision in favor of a common goal. With his lyrics and the festival, Mystakidis is also actively advocating for change in his country.
