France makes right to abortion a constitutional right. What next?

France is the second, after Slovenia, country in the world to guarantee the right to abortion in its constitution.

Abortion has been legal in the country since 1975, but after the United States Supreme Court in 2022 overturned the 50-year-old right to procedure, it has been decided that this fundamental right needs better protection.

But how important is this decision? Does it only hold symbolic value? What else needs to be done?
